Please carefully review this service agreement. We require this service agreement be signed before providing service to all new clients. In alignment with COVID-19 safety protocol, please DO NOT bring additional guests to your appointment

ADVERTISING: The client understands that the artist may use photographs of client for advertising or display on items including, but not limited to, social media, website, flyer advertisements and brochures. If the client has any issues concerning this, they should promptly notify the artist. 

DELAYS: A late fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay (this includes client not being ready upon arrival of makeup artist), or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. A delay of 30 minutes or greater may result in the cancellation of appointment(s) without an issuance of refund. Please communicate any anticipated delays to artist immediately upon discovery so that accommodations can be made, if possible. 

RETAINER:  To secure a date, a 50% retainer must be paid in advance no later than 48 hours after this service agreement has been signed through email money transfer to tianahbeaute@gmail.com. Retainers are non-refundable/non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed agreement and retainer(s) are received and appointments are reserved on a first pay, first served basis only.

ASSISTANT FEE: For a group booking greater than 5, there might be a need for the artist to hire an assistant to ensure effective application and time efficiency. The client is responsible for an extra travel fee for the hired assistant.

AFTER-HOURS FEE: Business hours are between the hours of 6:00am-8:00pm. Appointments outside of these hours are subject to a fee of $10 and up.

FAILURE TO PERFORM: Artist’s obligation to give services is subject to the unavailability of the artist as a result of sickness, accidents, natural disasters and other reason beyond the artist’s control. If any such event were to occur, the client is entitled to a full refund of any retainer paid. The client shall not hold artist (Christianah Isedowo or assistant) responsible for any cancellations due to circumstances beyond the artist’s control or allergic reactions developed as a result of the make-up application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. Only the highest quality mineral make-up is used.

FINAL PAYMENT: The final balance is due on the day of the appointment via cash or email money transfer. No personal checks are accepted. The person(s) who signs the contract is responsible for final balance on the due day.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY:Bookings for events such as graduation, prom, birthday and evening out must be done at least 3 days before the makeup service is required. Bridal and photoshoot bookings should be done at least one week before the makeup service is required. It is advised that bridal bookings be done at least three weeks before the makeup service is required. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the reserved date and are subject to no refund.

PARKING FEES: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day of the event.

TRAVEL: For all services performed on-site, a travel fee will be added to the appointment charge. Travel fee starts at $20 and is subject to increase depending on location.

BEHAVIOUR: To ensure an enjoyable and luxurious experience, it is advised that the client gives undivided attention, avoid any distraction and treat the makeup artist with respect. Client is also expected to have brows cleaned by tweezing, threading or other preferred means prior to the appointment. This provides effective professional application, time efficiency and a relaxing experience for the person(s) receiving services

SERVICE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: A “set up” table, electrical outlets and a clean work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location.

I agree to the retainer and policies listed in this agreement as applicable to my scheduled appointments. I understand and agree to the non-refundable/non-transferable retainer to secure my appointment. I agree to pay the complete balance on the day of the appointment. I understand that no refund will be given if I’m late, miss or cancel my scheduled appointment.
