Service Eligibility

TB Signature Glam is for non-bridal appointments. Bridal services, including civil, traditional and white weddings, receptions, engagement celebrations, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and pre-wedding photoshoots, must be booked through our bridal service page.

If a bridal service is booked under TB Signature glam, the appointment will be cancelled, and the retainer will not be refunded or transferred.

Booking and Payment

Your booking is secured once you accept these terms, pay the required 50% retainer and receive our written confirmation. The retainer is credited toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance and any additional fees are due on the day of service. Your invoice will show the service price, applicable taxes and agreed fees before payment. Please use the payment instructions on your invoice.

Rescheduling and Cancellations  

Please send cancellation or rescheduling requests to info@tianahbeaute.com. The retainer reserves time specifically for you and is non-refundable if you cancel. You may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your retainer may be transferred once to a new appointment within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice or outside the 30-day period require a new booking and retainer.If no suitable date is available within this period, or you cancel or miss your appointment, the retainer is forfeited

Arrival and Late Fees

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time with a clean, makeup-free face and allow approximately 90 minutes for your makeup. A late fee of $20 applies for every 10 minutes of delay. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to protect the next appointment. At 30 minutes late or more, we may cancel if there is insufficient time to complete your service without affecting the next client. The cancellation policy will apply. Please contact us promptly if you expect a delay.

Location and Appointment Hours  

Appointments take place at our Mississauga studio unless mobile service is confirmed in writing. For mobile services, any travel, parking or other agreed costs will be communicated before you commit to them.

For mobile appointments, please provide a clean, suitable workspace with a table and access to a power outlet. Our regular hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Appointments requiring services to begin before 8:00 a.m. or continue after 7:00 p.m. incur an additional fee starting at $100, confirmed before booking.

Guests and Conduct

Please arrange approval before bringing a guest or child. Let us know about any support or accessibility needs when booking. We kindly ask everyone to maintain a respectful, safe environment. Threatening or abusive conduct may result in the service being stopped and all payments made will be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.

Health and Hygiene  

Please do not attend your appointment while sick or with a potentially contagious condition, including fever, cold or flu symptoms, pink eye or an active cold sore. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling under the policy above. Services may be declined if illness or a condition compromises hygiene or safety. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities and relevant skin concerns before your appointment.

Artist Cancellation

If illness, an emergency or another unexpected event prevents us from providing your appointment, we will contact you promptly. You may choose a replacement artist, an available alternative date or receive a refund of all payments, including the retainer, for services we cannot provide.

Photos and Videos  

By booking, you consent to photos and videos being taken during your appointment and used for Tianah Beauté’s portfolio, website and social media platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing when booking, before any content is captured.
